THE FINE PRINT

City of South Lake Tahoe vacation rental Lic. #332610. Per City ordinances, no parties, including weddings or reception are allowed. This home accommodates up to 12 guests in total, with a maximum of 10 adults (per City regulations). Children under 13 are welcome within the 12-person total. Maximum parking allowed is 3 cars. Exceeding occupancy or parking will result in citation and fine. We have a strict NO PARTY POLICY; failure to comply will result in eviction. Maximum occupancy is enforced 24 hours per day (meaning a large afternoon BBQ party would be subject to citation/fine).
